Just remember, the gators were here before we were. Same with the fire ants and the snakes and the love bugs and all those creatures like chinch bugs and army grubs that on a quiet summer night you can hear chomping at the edge of your property just waiting for an opportunity when your exterminator misses a spot or is a little late in spraying….

I just got off the phone with the gator - it turns out he was a former caddie and hold resentment for low tips.

Local tv station had a dumb criminal segment about a guy in Florida that was running from the police. In his attempt to get away the guy jumped into a cannel and was bitten on the arm by a gator. They showed the guy with his arm all bandaged up coming out of the hospital and into the squad car.
