Sometimes a reboot of the printer and/or the modem will put it back online.

Isn't your wireless printer connected to your router? If it is your router may have lost the setting.

You have to somehow tell the printer about the new internet connection. My printer has a small screen on the front that allows me to do this; however, you may have to do something different. I think you have to access the printer online and communicate the change. Guess you can tell I'm not very savvy - know just enough to cause a problem!!!

Practically speaking, It doesn't matter who your internet provider is. Your wireless printer works thru the router, not the modem. You don't need the internet to print. As previous poster said, it's worth it to try a reboot first, but if no joy, the first question is do you have an internet connection? if so, then we are only concerned with the router. Did you earlier have a static IP address or DHCP? Did you have a password set up on the router? If either (or both) of these changed when the installer changed the modem, then you won't have wireless connectivity. Depending on your router and printer, you may be able to do an easy setup by setting the printer to discover mode and pushing a button on the router which will automatically try to connect the two. Otherwise, you need to do a manual install.

When we switched from Comcast to Centurylink our wireless printer found the router but we had to enter the new router's password. If Centurylink provided you with a new router you need to re-do the set up on the wireless printer manually and that should get you to the point where you will need to enter the password.
I found the Centurylink Tech support folks accessible and really helpful. Good luck.
