The Dorels

We went to Mallory Country Club on Sunday for a dinner show, "Dinner with the Dorels." We had a great time! This groups is five Villagers(4 men and a women) that sing doo-wop, classics, c&w, and other genres. For $20 we had dinner of chicken breast and sliced sirloin, mashed potatoes, string beans, salad and carrot cake. What fun it was. This group is really good. They will be at Katie Belle's 5/19. I made a reservation today to see them again. They put on a great show.

We also saw the Dorels at Mallory. Great weather, good food and great music.

Seen the Dorels, I enjoy them too. Good voices. They sing to recorded music and sound nice. Another good group you will want to see is Vinyl Recall. They do a lot of doo wop and classic rock, but instead of recorded music they are a full band and perform their own music. They will be at Tierra del Sol this Saturday evening. Both groups worth seeing.

So many good musical acts that you can hear in the Villages.I would love to see some of these groups get a chance to play at the squares.Another great group is Oldies But Goodies.They'll be at Bonifay Friday from 6-8:30.

The Dorels will be at Katie Belle's Sunday, 5/19/13, @5:30 along with Tony D and Amee Reese. You need reservations. Call Katie Belle's between 10 and 4 @352-750-9444. Costs $10 to make reservation but it is deducted from food/drink bill. Hope to meet you there!
