in anticipation of a move to the villages, we drove up and spent the day. I pulled the open houses and we started there. We started to talk to people (one couple had a for sale sign but not an open house , and they invited us to look thru their home and gave us lots of good info. Then we had a late lunch down Paddock Square, started talking to another couple, they inited us to their new home to look around for ideas, and then we met their new neighbors who are about to move in too.

Don't get much more friendly than this. What a warm and welcoming feeling :eclipsee_gold_cup:feeling.
