I PURCHASED BY 3RD E-Z GO GOLF CART SINCE MOVING TO THE VILLAGES, SINCE I HAVE MY NEW 2012 CART AND DEALING WITH THE E-Z GO DEALER OR AS IT IS NOW CALLED ADVANTAGE GOLF CART,INC. AND SINCE "MITCH" THE MECHANIC LEFT AND THE NEW worker/mechanic STARTED TO RUN THE SHOP, NOTHING IS UNDER WARRANTY ANYMORE AND IF YOU ARE THINKING OF PURCHASING A E-Z GO, THINK HARD; NOW IT IS ONLY {3YRS.} NOT 4 YRS. WARRANTYLIKE BEFORE AND NOTHING LIKE [ YAMAHA WHICH IS 5YRS. BUM[PER TO BUMPER] AND EVERYTHING IS COVERED DURING THE 5YRS. SO THINK REAL HARD BEFORE PURCHASING A NEW E-Z GO [think Yamaha}. OOOOO AND $75.00 TO SERVICE YOUR CART AND ONLY PUTTING [1] CAN OF OIL, NO LUBE FITTING, YOUR CAR GETS 5-6 CANS OF OIL A FEW LUBE FITTING ROTATE THE TIRES CHECK WATER, ETC .UNDER THE HOOD FOR $19.99. [$75.00 FOR YOUR E-Z GO[ONE CAN OF OIL] NO LUBE FITTING]

We too use Town & Country although they cater to the electric crowd. We have a 2008 EZ GO that we purchased used and they service it for us. We did have a breakdown this year (spline and hub???) and T & C was completely honest with us in saying that they weren't equipped to fix gas. We used Cart Fixer (mobile repair). Kudos to T & C as they didn't just take our money and tell us they couldn't fix it. We feel that they are as honest as the day is long.

[$75.00 FOR YOUR E-Z GO[ONE CAN OF OIL] NO LUBE FITTING] No more e-z go for me either. I purchased mine in 2009 from the old company store on 441. Have had nothing but trouble. Three batteries, celenoid, starter, 3 manifolds, and 5 other major items. Wrote letter to corporate and they immediately sent service rep. He spent 4 hours working on cart and it was pretty good for a year but lately more troubles. You are right about advantage, nothing is under warranty that seems it should. I will get yamaha at carts and clubs.
