As a man that was married for 40 years I can emphasize with this story so well. I moved to TV shortly after my wife passed away....as a single man, having NEVER been single, I partied and enjoyed much of what TV has to offer. I did meet another woman a while ago and we are a "couple"... we both talk about my wife as she helped mold me into who I am today....as we also talk about her husband who helped mold her into who she is today.
My wife will never be forgotten, or replaced......my life now is wonderful....just different than what was planned.

My wife and I have had this conversation. What one would do if a spouse passed is obviously personal for each of us.

I explained to my wife that if I pass first that she need not feel obligated any longer and should do what would make her happiest. My only cocnern is that she potect our estate and that our estate be preserved for our children...............................

My personal choice would be not to involve myself with another woman.
