I just spoke to Villag by phone, but incase anyone else is looking for this information, the name of the Program is "Helping Hands Program" and the program coordinator is Bill Dyer 352-751-1192

St Timothy Catholic & St John Lutheran.

the American Legion on 446 lends these out at no charge. Used them for my mother-in-laws visits here.
