Animal stuck in downspout!

A neighbor just informed me that an animal is stuck in a downspout attached to our house. We're currently in VT and I don't know who to call for help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Donna

Ask your neighbor to call the non-emergency number for the fire dept.

It could be anything from a squirrel or rat to someone's cat. Definitely hurry!

Don't worry, it'll get out....probably a bird or squirrel.
