Aesthetic Dental - Again!

Earlier this year I posted a thread that I had found a wonderful new dentist (Dr. Heydari) and great staff at Aesthetic Dental (340 Heald Way on 466A across from McDonald's and Colony Plaza 633-2467). The doctor designed a broad plan (I needed) and worked out a plan to save all of my teeth he could and make sure it fitted my budget. At one appointment he ran into a unforseen problem. It required much more work and time than the initial plan. He did this and did not charge me anything more! Just before my last appointment, I received a call I thought was to remind me of my upcoming appointment. Lea, I believe the office manager, pursued an insurance claim for me that was turned down initially. (I did not know she was doing this.) She advised me to bring in less money than I had expected to! She is fantastic and is always smiling, upbeat and helpful. What a great personality to have for a dental office. The Doctor's assistant, Mary, is thorough, friendly and professional as well. Always upbeat as well.
If you are looking for a great dentist and staff, give them a try.
