I have a Conn trumpet with a broken spit-valve spring. It is in great condition but is 30 years old. Does anyone know where I might take this to get a part, or get it repaired? Thanks! ]

I've used Bondz Music in Wildwood. They have a guy, Pat Mclaughlin who does excellent repair on instruments. He has worked on my horns and I couldn't be happier. He is a craftsman. Repairing a spring is a piece of cake for him.

Can't speak to the other stores mentioned.

Take it to Bondz. Pat Mclaughlin picks up on Thursdays and returns the following Thursday. Great guy. Knows his stuff.

Concur, Pat does great work. Helped me out on 3 different trumpets in the last few years.
