Problems receiving the book about The Villages

Curious if anyone else is having problems receiving a copy of the advertised book about The Villages.
I am planning a visit soon to make a purchase decision and wanted to be a very informed informed consumer before I arrived.
My credit card was charged 3 weeks ago. I have not received any type of notification.I have not received a response from their customer service dept.
Is this book a scam? Should I place the credit card charge in dispute?

I would call them first and then make your decision. Maybe they can give it to you during your visit.

DId you read the instructions carefully ??? This is NOT a physical book, but a PDF eBook. Here are the instructions that were on the purchase page:

Click the Buy Now button you see above

You will be taken to a PayPal payment screen

If you do not have a PayPal account or wish to pay via credit card, look on the left side of the screen next to the credit card icons and click "continue." From their you can purchase securely with your credit card.

If you prefer to pay via PayPal, login to your account and you will be guided through the process. After your purchase you will be sent to a download screen where you can immediately download the eBook. A purchase receipt will be sent to your email address

The eBook is a PDF file so you will need the free Adobe Acrobat reader which can be found here.

The villages book was big waste of money, I downloaded it. What a easy way for this guy to make money.... parts of it just were not true. You will learn real information or get good referrals just here on the blog on almost anything...

Call your credit card company and dispute the charges. They will remove the charge from your account.

I would never take one person's opinions of whether or not to buy a house anywhere, especially TV. I think it's a waste of $$ myself. There's enough of opinions here on this website to really help anyone to make a good decision.

The guy who wrote the book doesn't even live in the Villages. TOTV has much more useful info about the Villages than any book. IMHO
