Welcome to a terrific village with wonderful people. We closed on May 9 and will be FROGS at the beginning of July. Can't wait to return there.

I don't believe there is an HOA. Welcome to the neighborhood!! I moved Apr 2 to Amherst Way. There is a lively group here posting under New Villagers to Gilchrist...who meet quite often and spontaneously. you might want to read a few of the first posts to get an idea how the community of Gillies started..

Hi Gracie! Gilchrist is on both the Bonifay and Evans Prairie courses. I think it is Pinellas that is on the Palmetto... Not positive, but I think I am correct!

Welcome Maritom!!! You're in Section 210 and right in the thick of things. Just up from you is our venerable A-4 Skyhawk and Chief Rose (watch out for both of them :1rotfl:). A lot of us are also in 209. Please check the thread entitled "New Villagers in Gilchrist" that I started in July 2010 after my wife and I met for our design meeting.

I know I'm prejudiced but I think we have the best neighborhood in TV!!
