We've been working hard getting the house ready for sale, and it goes on the market this week! There is nothing more to do but wait! I hate waiting.

We're hoping for a quick sale so that we can hurry up and get down there to The Villages to start the next part of our lives!

We just sold our north Atlanta home in 48 hours at full asking price. Market seems to be much better.

We're in Connecticut and desperately hoping we won't have to spend another winter here! Our agent said that things are picking up and it's a good time to sell. She probably tells that to everyone, but I felt encouraged! :thumbup:
