My golf cart enclosure is in need of desperate repair. I have a few holes and some of the snaps are broken or missing. Any suggestions of who to contact in or around The Villages? Thanks

Their is an upolstery shop run by an indian couple if you have seems starting to come apart. It is on the frontage road right off 466 before you get to 441. Their is a sign stating upolstery-not sure of name. They are much cheaper than the golf cart shops.

Give Cliff a call - JC Canvas (352) 348-6589.
He used to do all the enclosures for Carts & Clubs til they switched to doing them in-house.

This corner has a traffic signal. (it is just east of Fruitland Park post office)
...just East beyond this corner is US 441/27.
.Go SOUTH on Dixie Highway (CR 25-A) ...200 ft. on your right.
They do furniture...window treatments...outdoor cushions.

I had my zippers and straps replaced by Wayne Lenhart @352-459-2858. He comes to your home, removes the enclosure, takes to his shop for repairs then returns to install within a few days. Very pleased with his work and very reasonable price. Small discount offered if you pay cash.

Replacing the snaps is very easy. You can get a snap kit from any big box store, Walmart. Home Depot, Lows, etc. I have to repair some of mine on occasion. Canvas work?? a little more than I want to take on and would look to a professional.

I called Wayne yesterday at 11:30. At 12 noon he was at my house and removed my canvas with a lost zipper and a slight tear in the plastic. At 4 pm he returned and reinstalled the canvas. Great job at a fair price!

Thanks to all who contributed to this thread and recommended Wayne Lenhart. One of the zippers on my Club Car enclosure was broken.
Called him yesterday, he came out at 9am this morning to retrieve it and returned by 11 to install the newly zippered flaps. Can't beat that level of service. Price was reasonable and workmanship looks good. He also fixed a broken snap while here.

Similar story here, I called Wayne yesterday he came over picked up the enclosures (I had zippers on both side replaced even though only one was broken) and he returned them today with heavy duty, big tooth zippers in place of the fine tooth ones that were the originals.
Excellent service.
