A couple of threads have been discussing letting management know if we're unhappy with the service. I'm curious about what has worked for people who have complaints.
When I first moved here I had a bad experience at one of the medical clinics, to the point that I wrote a letter (actual paper and stamp) to the medical director, giving her the names of the people involved, dates, and detailing my experience. Never got a response.
A friend of mine has written to corporate management at Wal-Mart about problems he's experienced in the store on 466, and they answered lickety split.
I abhor making a scene so it takes a lot to get me to pipe up, but I did once speak to the manager at Chili's here about terrible customer service and got the brush-off.
