Got a quote from The Villages Insurance and wondered where others are insured.
Any recommendations?

We just closed May 9. Got quotes from The Villages, AAA and All State. The Villages was the cheapest for the most coverage, so went with them.

Be sure to look at the coverage amounts. Some of the less expensive quotes I received did not cover the house for the amount TV Insurance did. You could come up short of funds if it is not sufficient for total replacement.

Just remember you should insure your home for "replacement cost" not what you paid for it.

We purchased ours through Marion Sumter agency in the villages. Reasonable and explained the coverage as well as the sinkhole insurance

our villages insurance went up $200 this year so looking

If you need another source to check with for homeowners insurance, try Rita Canty with Brightway Insurance out of Jacksonville - (904) 646-1850. They represent a vast majority of the insurance companies that write HO insurance in FL. They should be able to give you a comparative quote.
