Would like to hire someone for 1/2 to full day per week to assist me with tasks in home to include: administrative work, organizing, cleaning, errands, pet grooming, dog walking. Paying $10 hour. must have impeccable references and work history.
Great summer job for student...possibly permanent for mature person. This is not a situation in which I require any medical help. Tasks will vary based on need and will not likely be routine.

HURRAY, I FOUND SOMEONE!!

I can identify completely with your request. I started a thread last summer requesting "help with personal business". I don't know how to link to it or I would.

I first hired a "virtual" personal assistant through a professional organizing company based in Pennsylvania and Florida, then through the same company a real "in person" personal assistant. The help has been absolutely invaluable. Like you, I did not need any medical help. Having a Personal Assistant has been one of the best things I have done lately. I always thought it was only the "rich and famous" who had personal assistants, but apparently not.

Good luck in your search. If I can help you in any way with advice or guidance in your search, I would be glad to.

Village Grocery Delivery has run many, many errands for me - everything from buying printer ink, to returning merchandise, to picking up important documents from local offices, and numerous things in between, in addition to grocery and restaurant delivery. He has even gone through fast food lines when my husband wanted hamburgers and fries.

Additionally, he has taken checks to the bank for deposit. That's how much I trust him.

Thanks for this recommendation. That is so wonderful to hear. Its good to have someone we can trust to that extent, especially when we are not physically able to do some things ourselves.

I will certainly keep that in mind.

thank you so much for the encouragement. I've hired assistants in the past and find the synergy goes warp speed for what can be accomplished.
