Primary Care Physician Recommendation Please

We just moved here and need to find a new one...who takes United Health Care.

I would go to Villages Health at Colony. Take a look inside and see if if this is where you would like to receive your care. They have a number of doctors from which to choose.

I have only lived in the Villages since last August..
My physician is with Premier Associates on Santa Barbara St... Right off El Camino Reel...

My under standing is all the drs will be pcps and will refer out to specialists! We are signed up to be enrolled next week. We have satisfactory specialists already.

We've been here two years and the available health care (or least finding them) has been our biggest disappointment. I'm hoping the one at Colony will be all that is promised! Good luck!

After much investigating my husband and I chose Dr Felix Agbo. He is located in LSL.

My husband and I chose a primary doctor when we first moved into The Villages in 2012. I was very unhappy with him. I wasn't happy with our doctor who was on a computer while he was talking to us. I finally found a physician that I would recommend to my family and closest friends. His name is Dr. Tafur. He is a caring physician who listens to his patients and does not have us go for extensive and unnecessary tests.
