LPGA Legends 2014

I talked to Jane Blalock last night about the Legends tournament at Lopez this year. She said Walgreen's was ready to sponsor a tournament next year, but The Villages said NO. Very disappointing - everyone I talked to loved it and looked forward to future tournaments!

Yes, she does. :-)
From all accounts this year's tournament was a complete success. So why in the world would The Villages not want to repeat? Makes no sense at all, unless there are issues we don't know about.
Too bad, it was really fun to watch those gals play.

Probably cost them too much to put the course in better than Villager conditions. It's all about money folks!
