Mushrooms in TV

I was quite distressed to find mushrooms happily growing in my pot of herbs. I did remove them; however, I can see yellow spores? on the herbs. Now I am concerned they may be poisonous and don't have a clear enough recollection of them to look them up. Anyone know anything about mushrooms in TV???

Don't eat them or even give them a thought. They are very common here in TV and you'll see them everywhere. When you pull them out, put them in a plastic bag and be
careful not to spread the spores. Dispose with your regular trash. Don't allow them to sit in the garage and heat up because the smell is putrid (speaking from personal experience).
