My friend, Pat, is having surgery on her eye. After the surgery, she will have to lie face down for 4 hours, sit up for one hour, and then repeat the 4 hour/ 1 hour routine for 3 weeks. Her surgeon recommended a special chair that would allow this, but it cost $185 to rent it for one week and then $140 per week. Unfortunately, Medicare will not pay for the rental, and it is not financially possible for her to rent it on her own. A portable massage table would fit the bill for her. If anyone has one that they want to sell, or could let her borrow it, please PM me. Thank you. I also ask that you remember her in your prayers.
