Julianne Drosendorf at 352-250-2984 is watching our house for the second year. You could not find a more conscientious person. I had no idea what "house watch" n loved until she started doing ALL sorts of things for us. I highly recommend her.

We use Villages Home Watch Services for the six month period we are out of town. Rates are reasonable and the house is inspected both inside and out every week. A really nice feature is that a report is sent weekly and includes pictures of the house. That doesn't sound like much but I really like getting those pictures. Makes me more comfortable to see the actual house. They are sent via e-mail and are random.

If a problem were to come up a phone call and pictures of the issue would be sent. Most of the time, if it's a minor issue, they would handle the problem and let the owner know what happened.

Tina and Ray are owners and live in TV. Nice couple and I believe their rate are very reasonable.

Call The Home Watch. I have not used them but was impressed by the services they offered for the price.

They are Licensed, Bonded, and Insured. Important for your insurance company. If you use them let me know how they do.
