Had the great pleasure of meeting Mr Gandolfini at Mountaineer Racetrack and Casino in Chester West Virginia.He was shy and reserved at cast party in the hotel's lounge.I can still picture him waiting for elevator to take him to his room.

Two cardiologists have said that it was his last meal that killed him. Whatever it was contained a lot of saturated fat and, along with his big meal, he drank 8 alcoholic beverages. Suposedly, his arteries became inflammed and some of the arterial plaque ruptured and broke loose. He was well on his way to getting a heart attack and it was his last meal that triggered it.
