There has been talk of a third town square near lake Deaton along route 44a. Has anybody heard anything about when that is going to happen?

Yes there is a Third Town Square and it is already under construction, it is to be called Brownwood and is located on a piece of land between Route 44A and Route 44. Buena Vista Blvd will feed directly into it. It is also going to be located almost adjacent to the new hospital the is proposed. There was a big story all about it in the Sun about three or four weeks ago.
