What Does This Symbol Mean?

I have recently noticed a symbol following my entry of my password It looks like an small eye a dot with what looks like an eyebrow just above it. Can't find a keystroke to re-create. Is someone or something following me around???? I noticed it on tee time sign in and TOTV
