In case you are not aware. the "As seen on TV" store in Spruce Creek Plaza is a bad place. If you happen to buy an inferior product from them (Orgreenic Grill Pan) don't bother to try to return it for credit or replacement. They may be the worst company I've ever experienced for not standing behind the items they sell. They will tell you they won't do anything and that you have to fight with "Telebrands". Anyone who buys there will have no recourse if the product is no good. Best action in this regard is not to buy from them.

Thanks for the heads up. I brought one of those As Seen on TV scrunchy garden hoses at ACE hardware in Southern Trace. It was a joke....leaked like a sieve, so I took it back. NO PROBLEM...pleasantly refunded my money....also told me they have gotten a lot of those back. While I was getting my refund another lady said she had problem ordering from TV (not the store) because they would not refund for a bad product. She didn't say what the product was, but she said it was advertised to be stainless steel and it was not.

We've found that a lot of the same items will be at Bed, Bath & Beyond.

You should call Orgreenic directly. 1-800-719-3081.
They have a lifetime replacement guarantee.
They should be able to replace it for you.

Yes, and Bed Bath and Beyond has the most liberal return policies around!! When I have hesitated about an item, I have had the sales people say to me to take it home and try it....don't like...bring it back. That was pillows. Nothing they can do with a returned pillow, after I've slept on it. Not like they can resell it.

We bought a green pan at Bed Bath and Beyond and it's been great! Works exactly as advertised and we use it nearly every day for our breakfast. I'd not hesitate purchasing anything from BB&B....as another poster shared.

Bought my "scrunchy" garden hoses at Wal-Mart. Got a 50 footer & a 100 footer. Hooked up the 100 footer with a spay nozzle on the end and didn't even turn the faucet on full blast.......and a big ole hole burst at the end by the coupling. Took them BOTH back to Wally's & got my money back. I asked the lady at the returns counter if they'd gotten many of them back, and she turned around & pointed to three others returned that very same day.
They are JUNK.

I bought a couple of those hoses and haven't had any leaks. However I haven't used them a whole lot.

Why would anyone be surprised about products "As seen on TV" being of poor quality?

I believe there are several models of the pocket hose - could be wrong. I have heard good things, but don't know which brand these folks bought.

I have always had good luck with items purchased from the "As seen on TV" store. By buying the items there you save shipping and handling.
