How to post a picture but it's too big

Have a picture I want to post on TOTV; I think the problem is that it is too large. Is there someone who would try converting it to a smaller size so it will post, ugh. It is a jpeg..........thanks in advance!

Most simple image editors have an option to reduce the resolution (size) of an image. Just load your image into any editor you have on your computer and look for that option.

Copy the pic first and work with the copy.
