indoor door adjustment

Just moved to TV. Hallway bathroom door doesn't latch. The striker plate needs to be moved down or the door need to be adjusted. Looking for a door expert who will come in and adjust it for me.

Have you tried calling Home Warranty ?
If you just moved in, they should be able to have it fixed for you.

Thanks, the warranty is expired. I called MICO and someone came right over and fixed it for $35
