So you thought you might hide in the crowd???? This picture was taken with a camera of 70,000 x 30,000 pixels (2100 MegaPixels).
It can identify any face in a multitude.
The cameras are not sold to the public and are being installed in strategic locations. (This one is in Canada)
Place the cursor in the multitude of people and left double click a couple times. It will continue to show the people much closer. Amazing!!
There were thousands and thousands of people in this crowd, and yet one can spot and recognize any face.
Imagine what this means... both police and Army have it.

The detail you can see is truly amazing. I can see a bottled water and paper cup in one of the building windows.

They need this camera anytime there is a bank robbery, it seems everytime they show a camera shot on the news they are always blurry and un-identifiable

Now that everyone knows what the capability is, it will just lead to some people (criminals) wearing disguises or avoiding crowds. I see some with baseball caps and sun glasses. All they need is a growth of beard or a fake mustache. One girl near the front row (middle) has her T-shirt pulled up to cover most of her face.
Other than that, I think it's pretty cool being able to zoom in for closeups. We just need to remember that we have no right to privacy in public.

I think it won't be long before this whole country will be under camera including drones.
