Someone came recommended to me and I am also happy to pass his name and number along for you. I have a patio villa in the Bokeelia Villas in Fernandina and use an individual rather one of the big companies. His name is Joe McCormic and his number is 352-266-5684. He is reasonably priced and does a nice job; and it is always Joe and a helper that come out so I know who I'm dealing with all the time.
