Is the neighborhood behind the Target on 27/441 consisting of Oak Lane, Harper Pl, West St and Huston lane a part of The Villages?

I'd heard that it was for families of folks who work within The Villages.

I'm not sure if they work for the villages, but it is the community for raising children. Its very pretty in there as a friend of mine has lived there for many years. They do not have a Village card and don't have access to the rec centers or pools or Katie Belles.
