This morning around 8 AM as I went out to get the paper I saw a Village trolley stopped in front of a house for sale. I was shocked as I watched the people get out and go in the house. Looked like a few realtors were in the group. Could this be something new that realtors do to show a large number of people a few houses on a tour? This is in a neighborhood near Spanish Springs,

Sales reps go out once a week to view homes for sale. These are just reps

I think it's the same here as it was in my former 'home-town'. Every week the realtors would all caravan to new house sale contracts to let them see what's available PLUS they can get a "lay of the land" (so to speak) before they take potential buyers through. The trolley makes it more convenient for the agents to travel from place to place.

Oh boy......why didn't I think of that? Worse part is I was a realtor for awhile in past life and of course went on many of those caravans ! Ok, case closed.

So if a group of realtors pull up in front of your house exit a trolley and head for your front door... what does that mean:MOJE_whot:
