Looking for help . We need an Electrician recommendation. We have had electrical problems ( in what was our new home six years ago)since purchased. Details are too long. It has been blamed on water problems in the yard to faulty wiring by at least 3 electricians over the years. Paid A LOT of money for all of them. Still having the same problems. Getting afraid of electrical fire.
Don't need advice as to what we should have done when the house was new. Don't get me started about the water. That's another thread. The one that says the powers that be wouldn't do anything dishonest. Funny and Nieve. But I digress . Love The Villages. Love FL. . Not leaving here. Just need a good electrician and feel safe in my home

If you haven't called the electricial contractor that built your home, I'd start there. If you did, I would recommend R&A Electricial at 352-307-6655. I had them do a lot of work and found the more than competitive, great work and very personable.

Another vote of confidence for Galaxy - not only did they do the original wiring of my new house, they have done additional projects since that time. Very competent and professional. Lark

Has anyone ever used Case Electric or Electric Vic? If so, what are your opinions of either?

Funny I had major electrical problems on two new houses -Designer and Premier. Home Warranty was no help. Loose lugs in the circuit box - Anyway here is a top notch group that I have used on a couple of remodels. Family Choice Electric 352-751-3794. Jan will answer the phone and if you are having circuits popping they are right on it

BUMP!!!
Also, I went to the Home Improvement section (located at the top of the site) and R & A Industries has a 5 star rating in this section…
Check it out here:

Contact SECO first. Have them come out and make sure it's not an outside issue. The do not charge.
