Need to repair cut in sheet vinyl flooring

I need to repair a cut in my sheet vinyl flooring. I was going to use seam sealer on it, but I'm having a hard time finding it. I asked the people who installed it and another company plus Lowe's. But it seems like nobody knows where I can get some of this seam sealer. Would any of you know?
