Gas Grill Alternatives

We would like to enclose our lanai but there is a summer kichen with a gas grill. We have had several contractors over to give estimates and all have said that the grill we have does not meet code (Kitchen Aid with powered hood) and that we need to remove it or find a replacement that meets code. Has anyone had a similiar circumstance and found a suitable replacement either gas (preferred) or electric (Electri Chef)?:mmmm:

Our neighbors had a similar situation and replaced their summer kitchen gas grill with an electric cooktop. They are seasonal so I can't ask them but they had Whites Aluminum do the lanai and I believe Whites gave them a contact on who could do the grill conversion. That's a place to start....
