Dr.Tran is excellent!
Problem with Dr. Tran is you never get to see Dr. Tran, unless you need surgery. At least, that has been our experience. Hubby is thinking of changing. As he put it...I don't need a medical director...I need a doctor. He's pretty high risk, with a history of various skin cancers, including melanoma.
That was driven home recently when he had a biopsy, which came back pre-cancerous, so they scheduled a freeze off, which takes about 2 seconds, but they couldn't get him in for almost two weeks. The biopsy site had healed so much, it wasn't obvious, and they froze the wrong spot. It was on my husband's forehead, and they were close, so he didn't realize it. I took one look when he got home, and it was obvious. They got him back in quickly and were apologetic, but what if I hadn't noticed? He would still have the possible cancer site growing.
We also are not comfortable with the level of skin exams we received. Our previous dermatologist left NO skin unseen, to the point of major modesty buster. Now, I feel like we have to do our own exam and then point out places for them to look.
I'm really starting to join the group of disillusioned patients trying to find good medical care, both for us and our cat!

Both my husband and I have gone to David Casper, Allegiant Dermatology. He was very thorough, saw us on time, has a nice staff who, by the way, knew the insurance plans' information. For me he did the full body exam as a baseline considering I am only here for a little over a year. Husband had other issues including psoriasis and he is the first dermatologist we have found that actually treated the condition with excellent results. We were impressed and have no qualms about a recommendation.

We like David Casper as well. We felt right at home and he performed full body checks on my husband and I who had previously been treated for skin cancer.

I see David at Dr. Freeman's office.
He is very thorough when doing body scans.
I have had a couple of precancerous spots and they have taken care of them right away.
Dr is well educated; kind and personable.
The nurses and office staff are great.

Anybody familiar with Dr. Bond (PCP provider) - found a suspicious spot on my mother's 94 year old face that worries me.

Both my husband and myself really like Dr Casper.
I used Dr. Casper of Alliant Dermatology and was very pleased. Reasonable rates; thorough screening, friendly staff, and the two biopsies were negative!

My husband and I also became patients of Dr. Kasper recently. We were impressed by the time he spent, the service he provided and the staff attentiveness and efficiency. Highly recommend!
