Four months ago I was told that I should consider a hip replacement , so researched the good the bad and the ugly and thought got to be something better than taking a chance on surgery. What I have found was some supplements that really have worked quite well. Now I'm not a doctor and what take my not work for everyone. No I dont sell this stuff either,I buy it on line. So here the story . Hyaluronic acid it is the same stuff they inject into knees but you take this orally what it does is help lubricate all joints my knees and hip feel much better not cured but much better. The other is DMG and I will probably misspell this it is dimethelglycine its also known as vitamin B 15. Google this and see if you want to try this. Like I said its not a cure but I feel much better, you should talk to your doc before taking this ofcourse he wont know anything about it so he will say dont take it. If you want to know where I buy this I can PM you because I dont know the site will remove it . Good luck and please do your own research. One last thing if you keep the ph of your body at 7.2 or maybe a little higher the pain level will be lower. Again check this out for yourself. You can get test strips at the drug store for testing this.

I think you can also lubricate joints by making sure to drink enough water. I have read many times that most seniors are dehydrated. And drinking beer, etc., is not the same. There's no substitute for water, it's the best.
