Maybe a simple fix, but does anyone know why my TOTV time say that it is 3 hours later than it really is??
FYI...my computer time is correct.

Go to your User Control Panel and....
Select Settings Options > Edit Options
Scroll down to Date & Time Options > Set Time Zone
Set you zone for your location (i.e. The Villages is -5; California is -8)
Set Automatically detect Daylight Savings Time
Note: the - & + numbers signifies the approximate number of hours you're away from GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) which has a value of 0.
