Hi All -

My husband and I are down to a one-year plan in NJ. We have visited The Villages on several occasions (have dear friends there) and are interested in seeing if this is where we would like to settle. Our thoughts are to rent 1 -2 years to determine how best it fits us and we fit it. It was suggested that I contact the "Rental Assoc." there. Can someone give me a number for them?

We own a rental property and NEVER HEARD of a rental association. Maybe they are referring to the villages4 rent website. We got our rentals from here or word of mouth.

I have a new Iris in Gilchrist that we just purchased and will be renting. It is a 3/2 with a two car garage with a golf cart. The master bedroom front bedroom, garage and lanai have been stretched. It is unfurnished. It also has an offset lot. We are looking to get $1750.00 per month. If this is something that interests you please respond.
