I need a third biopsy on thyroid nodules. My endocrinologist has retired. Any suggestions on a new physician I can see?

I highly recommend Dr.Hamilton Fish in Leesburg. Not warm and fuzzy but very well qualified and very thorough. I know Bonny who posts on this forum goes to him as well.

This may or may not be helpful to you: I read a good book that has a lot of helpful information pertaining to thyroid testing. The title is: "Should I Be Tested For Cancer? Maybe Not and Here's Why"

I also go to Dr. Fish. He's very good ! He is by Lake Square Mall.
I had thyroid cancer. My surgery was done by Judith Milstead at Lake Ear, Nose & Throat. She was fabulous !!

I had my thyroid removed because of nodules when I lived in Georgia. I then found a great book called Stop the Thyroid Madness. If I had read the book before the surgery I may not have had them removed. I stopped taking synthetic thyroid medication and started taking a natural pig thyroid. It was not easy finding a Dr to prescribe it, but well worth it when I found one. Now I have to start the search again since we moved here only a week ago.
