I only have three faults in my golf game that keep me from going pro: Slicing, Hooking and Shanking. I found Utube Videos on how to stop those faults immediately on the internet last night. I can't wait to get out and shoot my first sub par round this morning. Have a great day and a better round everyone.:crap2:

Look forward to seeing you on television next to Phil! Maybe TV will be your sponsor. I can see you now with your new polo shirt with "THE VILLAGES" logo! LOL! If you slice one today blame it on "THE NEWCOMER"! Wish I was there!

congrats on the instant fix...hehee.
I watch golfers trying the discount afternoon championship course...I don't know anything about the game...but I watched two ladies on the friendly tee. One would hit the ball and the other would run get it and bring it back for another try. I don't think that's how it's supposed to go.

You might want to consider reading my book, "How to Play Golf in the Low 120's"
Pay particular attention to the chapters on using the ball retriever and "How to Line UP Your Fourth Putt".

Well, just got back from Yankee clipper. I must have had the volume too low on the videos. I will try again tomorrow since I did get two pars this morning

As I always say - If it wasn't for my long game, short game and putting -

I WOULD BE GOOD !

I just cannot understand why I am not being scouted for the tour. I do need to work on my distance a little and my putting could be a bit improved, but I do have a lot of love for the game.....;)

My best golf tip is " Swing hard in case you make contact"

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I found all those videos and fixed the hooking, slicing and shanking. But then I had problems with my putting, chipping and sand shots. Now I get great distance off the tee, and it goes really straight. No hook, slice, fade, or draw. Perfectly straight for 260 yards. It's just always 30 yards left or right of target in a very straight line. And I never know if it will be left or right. So the pros are safe, at least from me.

LISTEN - I don't know about you folks but I shoot below par EVERY ROUND !

Unfortunately there are usually about 6 holes remaining.
