I am renting a cottage at Lakeside for the month of August.
I used villages4rent to find it. My rental does not have a DVR.
It seems most rentals do not have DVRs. Or at least don't list if they do or not.
I expect to watch more tv than usual and a DVR is pretty basic in today's life.
How much more does it cost to have one? Is it true that most places don't have one?
I know I can't just order one for the month but I think it would be nice if most units had one. I don't know many folks that don't use one these days.
Please advise.

Its all up to what the owner wants to supply --we have one in our rental unit --the cost is $10.00 per month.

It has been about 50/50 with my guests who use it ---I know I would want it so we supply it

Good Luck

Good point Kelsie. In fact I just got one for a rental unit I have on the beach and it ended up costing 45 cents per month with a Brighthouse package. I hadn't realized how essential it is until I thought about spending a month without one. If they made it a part of the filters on villages4rent I would guess more owners would provide one.
