How do I remove toilet rings inside toilet bowl? Have tried many products - none have worked so far.

turn on overhead fan, drain bowl, put in a lye product, like lime away or CLR, let it be per directions, brush and flush. don't get lye on skin, don't breathe fumes.

I use a "toilet pumice stone" that I buy in Home Depot. No chemicals and does great.

I, too, use the pumice stone. It's called Pumie Scouring Stick and it is excellent. I use it regularly in the bowl and up under the rim of the bowl where the mold starts to form. You can get it at Lowes, Home Depot, Ace and even WallyWorld. I wet the Pumie and scrub away, it leaves grit which you will need to completely flush.

Be careful with chemicals because all our pipes are PVC, not copper as they are up North.

If you are removing calcium deposits, you need an acidic cleaner such as Lime Away. I like Zep Acidic Toilet Bowl Cleaner from Home Depot.

I would be concerned that a stone/abrasive product would minutely scratch the surface and ultimately make the surface harbor more cooties. ??
I'm pretty sure comet cleanser and I took the surface off the porcelain tub in my old house.

This Pumie product is produced specifically for cleaning toilet bowls. It has a list of products on which it cannot be used.
