We are closing on our home in Sabal Chase on 8/19 and are very excited. We want a birdcage out back and have gotten an estimate form Brian Terry Vinyl(Wayne Terry) and Randa Services(Randy Davison ) and wonder if anyone has ever used either of these? The birdcage is 9 by 18. I would like to get at least one more and estimate and wonder who you all have used. Any help would be appreciated.

We used Brian Terry Vinyl this past spring,we added 6'x30'to our lanai and he was the sub for the whole project also, they did all the leg work and also applied for all the permits. They started before we got there in April so we saw much of the work being done the two weeks we were there. They did a very nice job and all the people that worked on the project work there in the villages.this was the second time we hired them to do work for us and I would hire them again, very nice people to work with !!!!!!! :)

Congratulations on your new home.
We used T&D this past winter for our birdcage. We asked them for recent references who had also done birdcages similar to ours. It was well worth the effort to visit each of them because the three people we spoke with each offered excellent suggestions for soffit lighting around the CYV, electrical outlets, deco drains and an acrylic finish for the deck area, even a hose door if you need to bring in a garden hose. T&D was one of our better decisions. We have also used Brian Terry Vinyl for siding repairs and gutters over the last 8 years and found them reliable. T&D would be a very hard act to follow. They've got the creativity, manpower and resources in-house for each step of the project. They're the busiest contractor in TV for a very good reason.

Brian Terry Vinyl built our 16 x 26 screen room this past April. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the attention to detail. The county inspector even commented that the materials that were used exceeded code which pleased us immensely. The only trade that was subbed out was the electrical. It seemed that most of the workers were family and knew exactly what had to be done. Would I have them do the job again, you betcha!

Thank you all for your input. Anyone has any other contractors we might want to talk to.

for those who have put in a birdcage including pad, can you give me an estimate as to what it might cost?
