tile throughout except bedrooms -- bedroom 3 and master - upgraded dark beige (about a latte color) short knap more threads per square inch.
and bedroom 2 - one I was undecided went with the engineered spice wood floor --supposed to be real hard.
We had a wonderful design person - MELISSA STANFORD -- this gal knew her stuff - we did the whole design thing in one day!!! then took 3 days looking a bigger lots only to come back to same lot and do a 2 ft side stretch on it.
so we are very happy - was not at all stessful - MELISSA is the tops in my book!!! Most intelligent girl!!!!

I lived in Alexandria and/or Falls Church until I retired and moved back to Michigan. I miss the DC area and my friends but not the traffic! Mom and I built an Iris in the Village of Charlotte last year. Unfortunately, we are renting it out now!

Have some friend's or your sales rep take pictures every week. We het pics at least once a week. Our settlement I'd et 19 but we have been told that ir will probably be finished early September but they are backed up on settlements. We don't kow if that's true, but from what we have seen it makes sense.
Our Begonia is iOn Kennedy, n collier, near the intersection of McLin and Kennedy.

originally from Maine - we are currently in Alexandria, VA. (have been here last 13 yrs.) - our sales rep, said she would take pictures and send daily. Our closing date is Oct 14 - which falls in line with yours - you were early July signing, and we were late July signing.

We plan to be down there about Sept 4th on and watch the home finish.

We bought a home on corner of Apache & Useppa Oaks, so we will be neighbors. We will be there on Sep-23 to begin the "move in" process. Plan to come back in January and be "Snow Birds" for 3 or 4 months.
