Organization of TV
There are or will be 10 districts when all is completed. This I know.
The rest is a little fuzzy.
Are the villages within these districts and the neighborhoods within a village? Or do I have this backwards?
Are the neighborhoods made up of one particular class of homes? (Patio Villas, Cabana Villas, Ranch/Cottage, Designer, Premium)
Does each village have all the different types of homes in them? (Patio Villas, Cabana Villas, Ranch/Cottage, Designer, Premium)
Do some villages have several say cottage areas or designer areas in the same village?
I guess I do not understand the difference between a village and a neighborhood and what each contains.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

The smallest villages have around 50 homes; Harmeswood, Sunbury, Laurel Valley and the largest village is Duval with about 1200 homes..or maybe more.
Some villages are only Premier homes. Some walled areas have only courtyard villas inside but they are inside of a village.
The oldest homes are to the north getting younger as you go south but two new villages are on 466, built within the last 18 months to two years; Laurel Valley and Mission Hills. All of the other new builds are south of 466A and there is a mixture of all kinds of homes there.
Most villages are a mix of all kinds of homes.
Villages and neighborhoods are essentially the same thing and sometimes there are no distinct borders from one village to another.

andercat - this website shows each of the villages within our community. maybe it will help - or make it as clear as mud. it does not indicate what type of house is built in which area; but it does indicate which villa 'neighborhoods' [if any] are located within each village; and what villages are in which district.
http://www.districtgov.org/images/villages_neighborhoods.pdf
and this site VCDD Your Community District (http://www.districtgov.org/yourdistrict/index.aspx) will show info/facts on each of the districts such as: 2,958 Standard Home Sites, 2,004 Villa Home Sites, 231 Premier Home Sites, 5,193 Total Home Sites and a whole lot more!
don't stay up late reading it all! ;)
