Have you noticed that those neighborhood watch trucks that drive 'round and 'round have official Florida State license plates on them. I wonder how that can be :dontknow: I thought official state plates were reserved for "official" state vehicles. :dontknow: You know, the kind our tax dollars pay for. :verymad:

I just returned from a quick trip to Publix. Noticed a "Citizens Patrol" vehicle on the prowl for bad guys. Yep....State plates. But underneath "Citizens Patrol".....was "Marion County". Yesireee.... a State government vehicle paid-for by taxpayer bucks I presume. Question is....is the citizen patrol effective...or a waste of time and money.

I wonder.....just wondering now.......if the residents of Marion County who happen not to be lucky enough to live in The Villages would have an opinion on this. Say, for example, if I lived in....say......Ocala and I heard that some of my tax dollars were being used to provide neighborhood watch trucks in The Villages :cus:

OH! They probably don't care.
