Thank you, the sky was literally changing before my eyes, and I just continued to "click" away. :)

Wonderful! Thank you. The last one blew me away (pun intended). Contrasting shades of blue sky having defined boundaries. Wow!

Thank you manaboutown. I made poor hubby stop the car, park at the Starters' Shack, and let me jump out and focus with my camera on the sky. It took merely seconds to change, and all the cloud colors as photo'd not enhanced-) The rsulting storm is still banging around, not a drop of rain, though.
PS He's getting used to my sudden outbursts when a photo "op appears :)
Incredible photography. I was working on my computer and missed the sky. Darn. Thanks so much for sharing.

I am sorry to ask this if you have answered it a dozen times before, but what type of camera and lens are you using on these spectacular photos you are posting? There are some beautiful images you are capturing. Someone said photography is writing with light. You are creating some beautiful novels.

Thank you for your kind compliments. I only took to photography 3 years ago when we moved to TV and I finally had time to try a new hobby. I used to dabble with oil painting, but when my vision became impaired I lost interest. The beauty of TVs is such, it has to be captured in one form or another, When my dear hubby made me the gift of a Cannon Power Shot with a manually operated 4 x 15 zoom (didnt know I had it until recently) my new adventure began. I am blessed with patience, and am developing in myself a different type of artist.

Thanks for the idea of adding text to the photos. I found the tool on the edit features.
