Ever find a tidbit in your daily reads that makes you think "gee....interesting"? I was doing some browsing on the cultural practices in Iraq/Iran after I viewed on national news the other night, the stoning of an Iragi woman who fell in love with the wrong guy (different sect). What a cruel society, I thought. And then I found this:

In Persia (now Iran), a country justifiably famous for its fine rugs, rug makers intentionally include an error in every rug they weave, in recognition that perfection exists only in Allah.

It’s called “The Persian Flaw”.

A dichotomy?
