I was wondering if anyone could give me some direction as to who I can contact regarding the cleaning and maintenance of mailbox and pool areas. There are numerous discussions at the pool concerning the condition of the new Hillsborough pool and mailbox area. The area is very dirty, dead bugs all over, cob webs, etc. There are forms to fill out but the area is so dirty that no one wants to reach in for one. While the residents are truly happy to be here, they feel like our area has truly been forgotten. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My goodness. It barely seems old enough to become dirty. When did it open?

Maybe they don't have it on a maintenance schedule until more people move in the area, but if it is that bad they should start taking care of it for the current residents.

There is a lot of construction going on in the Hillsborough area. Is that where the dirt is coming from? I know they were moving a lot of dirt and with wind it will blow and pile up everywhere. However, usually the contractors clean this up quickly. Cob webs and bugs around the mailboxes sounds like somebody is not doing their job. I don't blame you for being upset---this is not business as usual in TV.

This is the department to call on condition of buildings in TV. Sam will respond to an email or phone call.

Most people made settlement end of April, beginning of May. All of the cottage homes are sold and I would say 90% are settled. A majority of the patio villas are also sold.
